Contract De Casatorie

Salam,am nevoie urgent de un model de contract de casatorie,daca poate fi postat aici v-as fi recunoscator(in engleza sau araba),dar daca nu...macar cuvintele ce trebuie zise atunci cand te casatoresti,sugestii....

Prietenii mei vor sa se casatoreasca,vor intai sa editeze contractul apoi sa aleaga 2 martori pt a efectua uniunea in fata lui Allah...

Frate ahmad , eu am avut mai multe exemplare dar acuma nu mai am .

Daca vrei iti fac unu in romana , si in araba ... Apoi il traduci la engleza .

Vezi daca ea nu este musulmanca , iti trebuie un martor pentru ea sa nu fie musulman , la fel si tutorele sa fie nemusulman .

Inchallah o sa-ti fac un act si apoi il printezi tu , o sa incerc sa-l fac in romana si in araba .

Doresc sa am si eu un raspuns, deoarece am o neliniste, M-am casatorit in Maroc, sotul meu fiind musulman si eu crestina (la momentul respectiv), iar casatoria a fost contractata fara tutore,( in prezenta a doua persoane de la casa de casatorii , un martor care figureaza ca interpret din limba araba in romana si noi doi(sotul meu si cu mine) asta o face nelegitima? Eu m-am hotarat sa trec la islam si vreau ca totul sa fie clar, mai ales ca dorim sa avem un bebe.

اتفقا الطرفين على أن تربطهما علاقة الزوجية الًشرعية بعد انا قرارا بعدم وجود مانع يحول من زواجهم واقرهم الشاهدان على ذالك:

The two partners accept the marriage after confess that there is no objection to complete the marriage / this agreement in front of the two witnesses

اولا :-
قبل كل من الطرفين علي ان يعقد زواجه علي الاخر وارتضي بالاخر زوجا له علي سنة الله ورسوله وعلي مذهب ابي حنيفة واعتبر هذا العقد بمثابة عقد زواج دائم منتج لكافة الاثار القانونية والشرعية
First:
Before each of the parties to hold his marriage to the other and the other spouse Artadha him for Allah and His Messenger, and the doctrine of Abu Hanifa considered this contract as a marriage lasting product of all the legal and legitimate
ثانيا :-
اقر الطرف الأول ( الزوج ) الحاضر بمجلس هذا العقد أنة قبل الطرف الثاني الحاضرة بمجلس هذا العقد زوجه شرعية له على كتاب الله وسنة رسوله فأجاب بقبوله وانني لن أتزوج مرة أخرى دون الحصول على موافقة من زوجتي.

Second:
The first partner (husband) accepted the second partner as a wife on the Islamic law and I will not marry again without consent of my wife.
ثالثا :-
كما اقر الطرف الثاني ( الزوجة ) الحاضرة بمجلس العقد أنها قبلت الطرف اللأول زوجا شرعيا لها على كتاب الله وسنة رسوله فأجابت

Third:
The second partner (wife) accept the second partner as a husband on the Islamic law
رابعا :-
اقر الطرف الثاني ( الزوجة ) أنها ليست على ذمة زوج أخر كما أن الطرفان اتفقا على ما سيترتب على هذا الزوج من أثار
Fourth:
The second partner confess that she isn’t married now and accept all traces of this marriage
خامسا :-
اتفق الطرفان علي ان يكون المهر المسمي بينهما هو مبلغ..........................
Fifth:
The parties agreed to be named dowry them is the amount of..................

سادسا :-
أنا الأولاد الذين سيزقون بهم أبناء شر عيين من فراش الزوجية الصحيح وأنا نفقتهم ورعيتهم على أبيهم الطرف الأول. يلتزم الطرف الاول بالقيام بكافة الالتزامات التي يلتزم بها الازواج شرعا وقانونا من نفقة ومأكل وملبس وسكن للزوجة ( الطرف الثاني ) واولادها منه بما يتفق مع مكانه ومركز الطرف الاول الاجتماعية

Sixth:
The children are legal sons from marriage bed and the father must pay all their costs. The first partner has to carry out all the obligations to which couples religiously and legally expense and food, clothing and housing for the wife (second partner) and her thereof consistent with the location and status of the first partner of social possibilities.

سابعا :-
حرر هذا العقد من نسختين كل نسخة مكونة من ورقتين ملحق به ترجمة طبق الأصل بالغة الإنجليزية أعطى لكل طرف نسخة للعمل بها عند اللزوم
Seventh:
The contract has 4 pages including English translation and every partner has one copy that he/she can use it whenever necessary




ثامنا :-
يتعهد الطرفان بتوثيق العقد وأجراء كافة الإجراءات لإتمام إشهار العقد إمام الجهات المختصة

Inshaa ALLAH acest contract este legitim, pentru ca martor la toate este ALLAH, dar islamic este ca un contract de casatorie sa se faca cu tutore, aceasta fiind una dintre conditii.
ALLAH stie cel mai bine si ar trebui ca noi sa facem intotdeauna lucrurile in cunostinta de cauza.

Cred ca cel mai bine puteti face un contract de casatorie legal, asa cum trebuie...mai ales ca prezenta si importanta tutorelui sunt fffff importante.
Cineva a spus odata la o lectie ca un contract fara tutore nu este valabil, nu cred ca se referea la faptul ca nu esti legal casatorit ci mai degraba la faptul ca nu ai certitudinea drepturilor dpdv legal.

Casa de casatorii, daca te referi la o institutie asemanatoare ca functii primariei, este ceva ce tine de "legalitate" ca cetateni ai unui stat daca vrei...ce am scris eu mai sus se refera la "legalitatea" religioasa.
Dar nu stiu exact cum este legea in Maroc, asa ca...

multumesc de raspuns, la inceputul contractului scrie ca ne casatorim conform preceptelor Coranului, cartea sfanta si traditiei Profetului.
